Staging Hire FAQ

Stage Deck & Event Staging Hire – FAQs

These quick answers cover the most common staging questions – from deck sizes and heights to safe access. For a tailored package, contact us .

What staging can I hire?

We supply modular stage decks (multiple sizes), stage legs for different heights, levellers for uneven ground, stairs with handrails, edge handrails, clamps and stage skirts for a clean finish.

How do I choose the right stage size?

Start with your use case (band, DJ, speakers, awards), then allow space for performers and equipment, plus safe access. If you share your available footprint and what’s going on stage, we’ll recommend a layout.

What stage height should I use?

Stage height depends on sightlines, audience distance, barriers and the venue. Lower platforms suit small rooms, while taller stages improve visibility outdoors. We stock multiple leg heights and can advise the safest option.

Do you provide stairs and handrails?

Yes — we supply adjustable stairs and compatible handrails, plus edge handrails for deck perimeters. Tell us your stage height and access points and we’ll include the correct components.

Can staging be used on uneven ground?

Yes — levellers help fine-tune heights and stabilise decks on uneven floors or outdoor surfaces. For tricky sites, send us photos or details and we’ll advise the safest build method.

Do you deliver and install the staging?

We can supply dry hire or provide delivery and build support depending on the event. If you need crew for build and breakdown, include this in your enquiry and we’ll quote accordingly.

How do I get a price for staging hire?

Pricing depends on dates, quantities, delivery, and whether build crew are required. Send your event details via our contact form and we’ll come back with a tailored quote.
